You can apply filters to view specific segments of your survey results, such as comparing responses from men and women.


To apply filters:

  1. Click the Results button at the top of your screen.
  2. Click +Create a filter.




You can filter results by:

  • Answers to one or more questions
  • Responses from a specific date or date range
  • Surveys completed in less/more than a specified amount of time
  • Completed, discarded, or partially completed surveys
  • Source (e-mail invitation, direct link, social media, etc.)



You can combine multiple filters to further narrow down results, such as filtering feedback from a particular office branch, or you can narrow it even further down to only see negative/average feedback directed at a particular branch.
